📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share in the Hajj and Umrah industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the Hajj and Umrah industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
