📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
