📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of multiple high-end outlets.
- Manage a team of 20-30 staff, including chefs, servers, and bar staff.
- Implement and optimize workflows using SAP and POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain premium clientele.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing multi-outlet operations.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
