📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary care services, including medical consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, from common illnesses to chronic diseases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health providers.
• Perform routine and emergency procedures, such as vaccinations, wound care, and splinting.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (S1) from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license and registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (IMC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general practice or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as SIMS RS or similar.
