CV Unggul Mulya is looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a remote position based in Seminyak, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities, including shelves, aisles, and storage areas.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, cycle times, and inventory turnover.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management principles.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
