PT Optima Teratai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet company standards and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.,Handle customer complaints and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
