📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure that all customer service standards are met and maintained.
  • Monitor and manage the branch's budget, ensuring that all expenses are kept within the allocated budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the branch's performance and profitability.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all activities are coordinated and executed effectively.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
