📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the team.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations and projects.
  • Ensure that team members are productive and meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
  • Manage and maintain department records and reports.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to travel as required.
