Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.,Provide accurate information to customers and assist them with their inquiries.,Maintain and update customer records and databases.,Follow up on customer leads and opportunities.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.,Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and databases.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
