📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email marketing, and our website to engage and grow our audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that align with our brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content ideas that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in the development of blog posts and other written content to support our marketing efforts.
• Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure our content meets the needs of our customers and supports our sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficient in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
