As a Customs & Logistics Drafter (PIB/PEB/Manifest), you will be responsible for preparing and processing PIB (Permohonan Impor Barang), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and Manifest documents. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and process PIB (Permohonan Impor Barang), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and Manifest documents accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all customs documentation is compliant with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain and update customs records and databases using relevant software, such as SAP or Oracle.
Monitor and report on customs clearance times and other key performance indicators.
Provide training and support to junior staff members in the customs and logistics department.
Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
Assist in the preparation of customs invoices, packing lists, and other related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs documentation, trade compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including PIB, PEB, and Manifest requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with customs management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
