📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and ensure all ingredients are properly stored.,Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen inspections and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
