📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory and restocking as needed to ensure a well-stocked retail space.
• Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a clean and organized storefront.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Assist in special promotions and events to enhance the shopping experience.
• Train and support junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Provide feedback to the retail operations team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, such as Square or Shopify.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
