📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including artists, designers, and content creators.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand identity and client objectives.
• Oversee the entire content production lifecycle, from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored creative solutions.
• Ensure all creative work meets high-quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage creative projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the creative industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing creative teams and projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and leadership achievements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
