HSE PLTS (Project-Based) - Solar Energy Sector

As an HSE PLTS (Project-Based) professional in Semarang, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various solar energy projects. Your mission is to ensure the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations, making a tangible difference in the energy landscape of Indonesia.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams to implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HSE management systems, providing training to employees, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. This is a project-based role, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting solar energy projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the growth of PT Solardex Energy Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and develop HSE management plans for solar energy projects.
• Enforce HSE protocols and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and document HSE incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of solar energy projects.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the energy or construction sector.
• Certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of solar energy projects and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HSE software and tools, such as SAP, MS Office, and Project Management tools.
