📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the sales and marketing industry is a plus.
