📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Klinik Elsa Bakery products and services.,Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Assist in organizing and participating in local and regional marketing events.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Maintain and update the company's marketing materials and promotional items.,Provide support to the marketing manager in achieving overall marketing goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the food industry.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
