Accor Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Padang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and assisting in the development of effective recruitment strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in talent acquisition to gain valuable insights and skills in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
