Diamond Bloom Sentosa is looking for a Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring it aligns with financial goals and objectives.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
