Cemerlang Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Bintaro. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register, handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.,Assist with inventory management and ordering to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with POS systems and cash register software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
