📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.,Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff on best practices and procedures.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.,Maintain and update inventory records and reports for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
