📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Analyze and interpret purchasing data to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
