As a Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration for our high-quality electric appliances. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a seamless sales process.,Monitor and report sales performance to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical appliances industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
