📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
