📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are properly trained and supervised.,Work with the owner to develop and implement long-term goals and objectives for the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
