📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, and a passion for food and hospitality.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
