📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on HVAC solutions.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.,Strong understanding of the HVAC market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
