In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage inventory levels, including stocking, ordering, and reordering products.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Promote sales and special offers to increase revenue.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.
