📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps end-users understand and effectively use our products.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure it meets quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.,Work with the marketing team to create product guides and other promotional materials.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, either in-house or as a freelancer.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with software documentation tools and formats, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and concepts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
