📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.
• Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, using appropriate inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of the warehouse to ensure that all procedures are being followed and that there are no areas for improvement.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
