📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain our procurement database using SAP ERP system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and analyze procurement spending to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external suppliers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proficient in using SAP ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
