📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations.
• Manage event logistics, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event timelines.
• Collaborate with event planners, catering staff, and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and event attendees.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure they are managed effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of event management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or event planning is a plus.
