📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 5-7 collection officers, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to drive performance.
• Develop and implement field collection strategies that contribute to portfolio recovery and overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor collection activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
• Train and develop collection officers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, legal, and customer service, to ensure seamless portfolio recovery.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities using our in-house CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field collection or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a collection environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and collection best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with our in-house CRM system is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
