📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen potential crew members for our vessels, ensuring they meet our company's standards and international maritime regulations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new crew members, including documentation, training, and orientation.
• Coordinate with fleet managers to ensure crew schedules and rotations align with operational needs.
• Monitor crew performance and address any issues to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records using HR management systems like SAP and CrewLink.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of crew management policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the crew during emergencies and medical situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marine Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment within the marine industry.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards.
• Strong knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP and CrewLink.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) certification or equivalent.
