As part of our Digital Learning & Event Support team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our audio-visual infrastructure to ensure seamless and engaging learning experiences for our students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems.
Ensure the seamless operation of digital learning platforms and event support systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new AV technologies and solutions.
Provide technical support for educators and students during virtual classes and events.
Monitor and optimize the performance of our AV infrastructure to enhance the learning experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.
Assist in the planning and execution of digital learning events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV technology and support.
Proficient in using AV management software such as Extron, Crestron, or Biamp.
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in AV technology or related fields is a plus.
