Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Issuing & Treasury space.,Drive product adoption and usage by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue for Stripe.,Track and report on client performance and satisfaction metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Issuing & Treasury space.,Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide feedback from the client perspective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Stripe's platform and products is a plus.
