📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Leverage data analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize marketing performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for our digital platforms.
Design and implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Proficient in using marketing tools and software like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
